It is a novelty that we are happy to test during the prologue to the Sun Trip France, organized between Strasbourg and Lyon, from July 8 to 14. In partnership with the French company ECOSUN Innovations, we transport this Trailer-Watt® in order to offer the twenty or so participants an additional solar recharging source, every noon and every evening.
This prologue is planned as an approach to Sun Trip projects, it offers an itinerary with limited mileage and is open to participants wishing to ride with a simple electric bike. Thanks to the Trailer-Watt trailer, they will therefore be able to recharge their batteries by solar power.
Ecosun Innovations has developed the first solar trailer with 12 and 18 panels. It is a completely autonomous mobile solar generator since it integrates electricity production and energy storage. As an option, the trailer can be fitted with a collapsible lighting pole to ensure the lighting of a site during an event. Find out more: here.

This idea of transported solar recharging is likely to be found on other regional projects carried by the Sun Trip in the months and years to come.
