A great adventurer!
We can say: Patrick is a great bicycle traveler and the electro-solar assistance aspect is new to him.
In 2015 he made a “normal” London – Sydney bike, 23,500 km at a speed of 175 km per day.

In 2017 he participated in the Trans Am Bike Race, 7,000 km at a speed of 240 km per day!

Since then, he has been interested in solar bicycle travel and was enrolled in the test edition of the Pirineos Sun Trip (postponed due to Covid19).

His Vision of the Sun Trip
I am a passionate cyclist (61 years old) with some engineering background and love seeing wildlife and nature. As a software developer I am lucky I can cycle while doing my job. My bike and my computer are my best friends on the road. I love meeting people although I have a bad voice due to alcohol and smoking abuse in the past.
As a passionate biker with an engineering background I love the idea of making a perpetual mobile.
