I ride a Fahrradmanufaktur TX800 straight from the Maison du vélo in Brussels, a great store by the way! I've fitted the bike with a bafang motor on the pedals. For the solar part, I'm equipped with a solar trailer lent by Baudouin and Géry (two Belgian participants). This trailer has already seen a first Sun Trip and I hope it will follow me for this one.

My name is Miguel, I’m 25 years old. I’ve just finished my engineering studies. I was going to start working, but when I heard about the Sun Trip, I said to myself: “I’ve got to give it a try!
His motivation for 2024
For my first Sun Trip, I’m aiming for an average of 150km of cycling per day. I don’t intend to race. I see this edition as a journey, an 8000 km adventure that will certainly be rich in discoveries (and difficulties) during these two and a half months on the road.
