“Godfather” and benefactor of the Sun Trip 2018, the Breton navigator Roland Jourdain received us in Concarneau as Regional Councilor of Brittany, in the company of Annick Martin, 1st Deputy Mayor.
5 of our participants made the detour for a meaningful stopover rich, in contact with the boats of the Vendée Globe! It is this immense adventure that inspired the creation of the Sun Trip ten years ago.
In 2018, Roland Jourdain’s support was part of the idea of making the Sun Trip Lyon-Canton the “Vendée Globe of solar cycling”. His support in the design of the Sun Trip France 2020 project is placed in the perspective of regional development of the Sun Trip. When will we see a 100% Brittany Sun Trip?
